We also did not know where to find the key if we had known the apartment number. The email was missing the apartment number and without it, security would not let us enter the building. Unfortunately my phone was not working in Panama and we had no wifi, so we had to go to a nearby hotel, borrow their wifi, borrow a phone and ask...
