One bedroom apartment located in the main commercial street of the city. Spacious living-room with kitchen fully equipped with appliances and utensils. On a 3th floor with elevator. Located in an area with all amenities.

Santa Cruz de Tenerife, commonly abbreviated as Santa Cruz, it is a city and capital (jointly with Las Palmas) of the Canary Islands, the capital of Province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and of the island of Tenerife. The main landmarks of the city include the Auditorio de Tenerife (Auditorium of Tenerife), the Santa Cruz Towers (Torres de Santa Cruz) and the Iglesia de la Concepción. Santa Cruz de Tenerife hosts the first headquarters of the Center UNESCO in the Canary Islands. In recent years the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife has seen the construction of a significant number of modern structures and the city's skyline is the sixth in height across the country, only behind Madrid, Benidorm, Barcelona, Valencia and Bilbao. In 2012, the British newspaper The Guardian included Santa Cruz de Tenerife in the list of the five best places in the world to live.

Is exactly what it says it is, only more so!
Situated in the vibrant heart of the city, it is well-placed for everything from the bus station, tram stop, theatre, restaurants, bistros, museums, galleries and shops . La Calle del Castillo is one of the main pedestrianised through-fares used by processions, bands, and street musicians - Amatista played outside the window for us! - and is bustling with both locals and tourists going about their daily lives; but the noise is just a background you very quickly get used to - the music is everywhere and you soon start to feel as though you are "a local" as well! The apartment is as described - airy and simple - just what you need if you're going to be out-and-about everyday and Daniel is very helpful when advice is needed. I recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for an uncomplicated base from which to venture forth, but you can also stay in and self-cater and not feel cramped. Enjoy!

Condizioni dell'appaertamento vacanza a Santa Cruz di tenerife calle Castillo 35
merdiocre, perchè il letto matrimoniale ove dormivamo mia mogli ed Io era 130x 190 siamp due adilti di peso normale,ma dormivamo così male che quando ci giravamo venivamo svegliati a turno. Poi il letto era a terra e per alzarci dovevamo aiutarci. Lo ho riferito al proprietari dell'appartamento e mi ha detto che Lui on lo cambierà mai e di non presentarci più per irchiedere quell'appartamento. Ditemi Voi se questo proprietario (al quale Noi abbiamo pagato 3 settimane e per nostro errore aereo abbiamo usato sole due settimane) è idoneo ad affittare il suo appartamento.Il divano letto dove dormiva mio figlio lo abbiamo trovato aperto a terra perchè era rotto.
