Located in "Nanotec," a strategically located building with newly built tech-focused social areas.
Open to families, executives, and anyone who wants an incredible stay!

The space includes a kitchen-dining area for three people, a living room with a Smart TV and Alexa, plus a sofa bed, a queen bed and wardrobe, and a full bathroom with a shower.
Our space offers:
- A kitchen-dining area equipped for three people
- A cozy living room with a Smart TV and virtual assistant Alexa, along with a comfortable sofa bed
- A spacious queen-size bed and a roomy wardrobe
- A full, modern bathroom with a shower for your comfort

NO THIRD-PARTY RESERVATIONS ACCEPTED
*Capacity: 2 adults, and on the sofa bed, 1 or 2 small children.
* We provide one bath towel per guest and one face towel and floor towel per bathroom, along with bed linens for the indicated number of guests.
- Basic kitchen and bathroom supplies are not restocked. Additional items can be purchased at the nearest supermarket if needed.
- Building rules and any fines during the stay are the responsibility of the guest.
- Extra bed/bath linens and cleaning are requested and paid for separately, directly through Acomodate.
* The included cleaning fee covers a single cleaning at the end of the stay. Should the guest want additional cleaning during their stay, a separate cleaning fee will be charged.
