"We arrived around 22.30 as our flight was delayed & security took over an hour to get through. We took the wrong road and ended up in steep narrow lanes. Once we arrived we were so happy with our room. Very clean and had everything we needed. A great nights sleep & a good breakfast. It’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer as we had booked a property in Ponte do Sol. A great hotel. Thank you "

"The room was a little dated but really about what we expected for what we paid and seemed like very good value overall. Albeit small, was nice to have a pool and the facilities in our room allowed us to be self-sufficient as there were stores and car rentals very close by. Great location. "

"Hotel exceeded our expectations for a family holiday. The Views is so well set up for kids, our sons loved the playroom, outside playground and the variety of activities put on for kids every day. The family suite was clean and modern and had everything we needed (even hair straighteners!). Staff were all friendly and helpful, and could assist in multiple languages."

"What a lovely location although there are multiple suites and rooms, from the majority of vistas they are all nestled within the land and discrete. There were issues with the room but we were kindly offered alternatives. Breakfast was included and you couldn't eat enough. The grounds were impressively level given the graduated levels of Maderia's landscape."
