The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, arranging all transportation to and from the airport and the city, making the stay seamless. "Hotel Fiesta was great. The cute receptionist with the curly hair was very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed to know where the best sushi in town was and she pointed me in the right direction. She didn't disappoint because the sushi was great! The hotel is close to the bay where the shops, restaurants and water taxis are located which made our stay very convenient. The pool was a highlight for my daughter as well. Steps away from the lagoon and close to the check in for Tortuga Bay if you choose to walk there. I didn't get to do everything I wanted to in the Galapagos but I can say I would definitely stay here again and I hope to be back soon. "

"After you cross the ocean the cheapest way to get to the hotel is, buy a bus ticket to take you to bus terminal, hotel is 5 minutes walk. At waterfront you have already live SEALS and IGUANAS waiting for you to take pictures. For everyone please be careful, each person has to pay a very expensive entrance fee to Galapagos at airport of Quito or Guayaquil then another fee when you enter Baltra Island, which is horrible way expensive.
