"J’ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans votre hôtel, je dirais que pour être parfait, il manque un terrain multisport cours de tennis. Tout le personnel était adorable. À part le monsieur des serviettes de plage. Je voyage au moins une fois par an à Ibiza, et vous êtes mon deuxième hôtel préféré derrière TRS Ibiza. Dans ce dernier, même si nous sommes pas la catégorie du cinquième étage, nous avons accès à la piscine sur le toit ainsi qu’au bar et je trouve ça assez. Juste. C’est dommage que nous ne pouvons pas avoir accès ne serait-ce qu’à certaines heures, même si c’est limité, je trouve que ce serait bien et la dernière petite remarque pour vraiment améliorer votre perfection c’est d’avoir une vraie pâte à crêpes pour le petit déjeuner. "This hotel is pretty good, the location is great with a few small restaurants and bars nearby which are worth a visit. Rooms are adequate and pretty comfortable though if you book the suite option, it really isn't at all. The staff were mostly good. The food was utterly atrocious. Many people were complaining about the bland, non-seasoned, offerings and the 'chefs' were not interested. The food felt cheap and there was not enough of it. Deserts were clearly all out of a box and pretty rough. Salads were pretty good. Drinks were good with branded options available for the AI. The one thing that I find unbelievable is that water is not included on the AI. If I want unlimited vodka or gin, that's fine but water was a no go. I find this appalling especially in a hot climate. Will not return."

"Hotel had just opened after the winter break, everything was clean and tidy. There weren't many guests this weekend and staff were finding their way around. All the staff we came into contact with were very good. great hotel and great location would always look this hotel up if we return to this area."

"The hotel had just reopened after its winter closure—something we weren’t aware is common for many hotels in Ibiza—and unfortunately, it showed. Upon arrival, the property felt uncomfortably cold, with a broken door in the lobby and no functioning air conditioning in our room. The spa facilities were particularly disappointing. Cleanliness was below expectations, the hammam was not sufficiently heated, and the sauna only reached 70°C. I also booked a massage, but the treatment room was cold and the overall experience was average at best. On a more positive note, the food was a standout. Breakfast, the lobby restaurant, and the rooftop Peruvian restaurant were all excellent, offering high-quality dishes and a very enjoyable dining experience. Overall, while I believe the experience would likely be much better during the summer season, the hotel—especially the spa and common areas—requires significant improvements in maintenance, comfort, and service readiness. "The rooftop adults only pool was spectacular. Breathtaking. Staff up there were lovely. Rafael and Mariana were a true delight. I just had hummus and fries for lunch - both excellent. Skip any of the other clubs. And go to the rooftop at ME. The best."
