Poolis closed in Oct but was pretty. Breakfast was included and excellent. Had to carry luggage up a couple flights of stairs.

Absolutely LOVED our stay at this property and didn’t want to leave! The apartment was bigger than expected, and had everything we could ask for. The grounds are so beautiful and the pool was wonderful. Highly recommend and hope to return for an extended stay on my next trip to Italy!

This expansive property is clean and well maintained. I must give credit to whoever designed the grounds; which contain lush green plants and trees, many levels for relaxed seating, and multiple statues and ornaments. The view of the sea is breathtaking. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but they were beautiful and inviting. The title says it all- this was a lovely hotel, and we enjoyed everything about our stay. The location was perfect, the room was very comfortable, breakfast was lovely, etc. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, as well. We will certainly return on or next trip to Volterra!

Excellent breakfast and very nice country style Tuscany hotel. Friendly staff. All excellent for quality / price ratio. Nice garden and quality restaurant on site. The only thing I have to underline is the gym, was on the web advertised, but was not open.

This was a perfect retreat after a hectic week! I wish I had the time to stay longer, hope to return someday :) Great location right off the square. Cute and very clean room. Felt very safe at the hotel and in the city as a whole. The front desk gal was extremely friendly and helpful. If you are out and about late at night, be sure to bring both keys with you!

The ambiance of Armonia Hotel goes beyond its well appointed lobby and the warm greetings of the caring and efficient reception staff. A beautiful, relaxing property with incredibly kind and professional staff. Villa Lena has a character of its own that feels truly personal. We loved the design of the rooms and the touches of art throughout. The food was delicious and you could tell care was taken with its making. And again all of the staff was incredibly friendly and it was easy to get help when needed. We traveled here with two children and greatly appreciated all the support from the staff. Highly recommend Villa Lena.

We liked the Infinity pool but the deck around it was falling apart and there was bird poop all over the railings and the deck for the entire week we were there without being cleaned. The first breakfast we had outside a very large seagull took our food right off our plates and it happened to another couple upstairs those birds are a big problem. We did like our room very much and the hotel is beautiful. We would not return.

I cannot recommend this location enough. I would most definitely consider making another trip to Tuscany just to stay there. The facilities and the staff are wonderful!!! Well worth going to :)

We stayed here for three nights. The hotel is nice and we had a room with a balcony with awesome view. The host and hostess are the nicest people. we enjoyed our stay.
