Private: property 6'500 m2, terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, swimming pool (5.30 m diameter, depth 100 cm, seasonal availability: 30.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: roof terrace. 100 m long bumpy motor access. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 400 m, supermarket 20 km, sandy beach "Castiglioncello" 22 km, rocky beach "Castiglioncello" 22 km. Marina 20 km.
