"Stay was pretty good. They had 2 TVs (one at living room and one near the bedroom). Room was clean and it had all amenities including dishwasher, dish cleaning liquid, utensils, plates, cups, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and a mini refrigerator. With regard to internet, in the room that we stayed, there was no range in the bedroom but living room was ok, we had to come to the living room in order to use internet. Complementary breakfast was decent enough with bagels, cream cheese, muffins, fruits, oats and coffee. The hotel is very close (walkable) to the Pismo beach and places like Old West Cinnamon Rolls was walkable from the hotel. Only thing we felt lacking was there was no large stores like Walmart or any Walgreens/CVS kind of stores nearby. My kid loved the sofa bed setup in the hotel living room to watch TV :) Thank you!!"

"This was such a quiet and convenient place to stay while in Solvang. It could use a bit up updating, but it was clean and everyone who worked there were incredibly nice and helpful. There was always parking available and I felt very safe there. Having eggs/sausage in addition to the regular cold offerings for breakfast was a treat. I would definitely stay here again."

"Was a nice stay for one night. My kids enjoyed the pool. Plenty of places to eat around the area. Lobby and breakfast area was clean, staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable and the ac unit was cold! "

"Once we exited off the freeway, we noticed this huge colorful building. Then realized this was the hotel we would be staying at. Once we entered the building, we noticed how calm and colorful the inside lobby looked. We were welcomed by a young man with a very pleasant smile and we were checked in. We loved our room. The scent in our room was clean and refreshing. We enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was fantastic! Excellent display of the foods available to us, as well as the area was very clean. Coffee was delicious. Every staff member we encountered had a smile and made us feel welcomed. Didn't have problems with noise and had a restful sleep. This hotel had easy access to exit off and back onto the freeway. Hampton Inn & Suites is definitely a place that we would recommend and come back to again. "
