"Fab location by rossio metro and 28 and 15 tram routes. Spacious room, with huge bathroom, comfy bed and a complementary drink of ginja. Very helpful reception team. Brilliant breakfast with lots of choice and omelettes to order. Only critique is the hot drinks; teabag brand poor quality and tasteless, as were the various coffees we tried…this was consistently bad throughout our stay. Hotel should defo consider switching brands and/or hot drinks machine as this doesn’t match the rest of our excellent experience. Other than this, thoroughly recommend this place. Wonderful stay! "

"Staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived at 8Am so they stored our luggage and gave me a call when our room was ready (earlier than promised). This is a lovely boutique hotel centrally located in Baixxa neighborhood. They offered us a complimentary cocktail. We were able to walk to most places of interest from the hotel. I would love to return to this hotel! "
