"Property is very well located in the central area of Lisbon. It was clean and tidy and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had an issue at breakfast on our first morning when a number of orders were mixed up and people were getting things they hadn't ordered. It was clear that they needed another pair of hands - the waitress was taking orders, clearing tables and refilling the breakfast buffet all at the same time. This was not a problem on day 2 as there were more staff and things ran much more smoothly. Overall, we had an enjoyable trip and would stay again if we came back to Lisbon."

"The room was great- spotless, stylish, and well-appointed. Loved being able to open the window and see Rua Augusta Arch and all the hubbub around Praca do Comercio. Staff was helpful, lobby was welcoming, and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend!"

"Great location and friendly staff. Beds were very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay here again if we returned to Lisbon. Lots of little touches that made it feel like personal attention."

"We had such a great stay here!! The staff were honestly amazing and really made the whole experience feel special. We told them we were celebrating our anniversary and they even left us a complimentary bottle of wine and some chocolate which was such a nice surprise and really made our stay memorable. The location was also PERFECT. It’s right beside Rossio Station(both metro & train), so getting around Lisbon and taking trips outside the city was super easy. We never felt like we were far from anything. The only thing to keep in mind is that there’s no elevator, so if you have trouble with stairs or have really heavy luggage it might be a bit difficult. Overall though, we had an excellent stay and would 100% recommend it. We upgraded to the private room with the private bathroom and it was absolutely worth it to have some privacy. Great location, lovely staff and just a really nice experience overall!"
