"The outside areas are beautiful pool, courtyard and beach access was amazing. The hot tub was not working and only clean one of the days. The room was out dated but clean. The worst thing is the AC is on a timer. My hot flashes AC on a timer sucked. The staff explained it like it is what it is sweat."

"Property was very clean. There was an incident in the pool whereby a child had an accident so the pool had to be closed and cleaned for an hour or so. Not the hotels fault and they did seem to have a procedure to deal with it. Check-In was easy as was check-out. Breakfast was good but the same every day during our stay Mon-Sat. Great location to the beach and central to the main activities. "

"Hilton Experience : The sheets on both beds had a sour smell. Even after we asked to have them changed them out the replacement sheets had the same sour smell. The beach towels were thin, the tub had a chip and the shower pressure and heat was awful. The AC unit was loud all night and the TV had a terrible signal. And to top it all off we were told if we a late checkout to ask the morning of but when we asked we were denied. "This facility was nice because it has direct access to the beach. While we were there the power went out 2 times but it came back on almost immediate."
