"This was hands down one of the best hotel stays we've had anywhere. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and had excellent recommendations and history on the town. The room itself was beautiful, modern but classic, comfortable, with excellent views. The breakfast was lovely with a pianist to make the environment great. The hotel is in an area where you can't drive and they made it so simple to park and get transportation to the hotel. We were truly sad to leave and can't wait for our next visit....

"Matera is not the easiest place to get to in first place. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to change plans and arrived by coach bus instead of rental car. The hotel contacted us a couple days before our check in and once they learned about our change if plans, they helpfully pointed out to us that our bus station is actually quite a bit of distance from the hotel. "Had excellent experience here. The EasyPark app was nice for parking in front of the room. There is a grocery store is across the street and the walking zone begins across the street s well.
