    We love well behaved fur family members please let me know as there is an extra cleaning fee for pets due to extra time and disinfecting that needs to be done.

    Also when bringing your pets please bring extra sheets and or blankets or towels to cover and protect furniture

    Please don’t use ours as this creates too much laundry for cleaning staff!!!

This unit was exactly as described and better. So well appointed and comfortable. The first day of our stay rained the entire day but we did not even mind- stayed in and played games, read by the fire- so cozy. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we need to cook in two of our 3 nights. I'd highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

A beautiful condo and view of Fairfield lake Kim is very responsive. Great info on the townhouse and things to do. Short drive to Cashiers. Wonderful meal at the library in sapphire valley. You won’t. E disappointed Parking in front was easy just a few steps to the Townhouse.

Awesome place

Cute, comfortable and well supplied

We really enjoyed our stay in this nicely appointed, comfortable place. We were able to explore the whole area, hiking to waterfalls, visiting the local shops and restaurants, and enjoying the Sapphire Valley Club as well.

Great mountain getaway

We had a great time staying here. The condo was well equipped and located close to everything that we wanted. The bed and linens were very comfortable. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are located downstairs. We will be renting there again.

Beautiful place and location

I can’t say enough good things about this place! So comfortable and cozy and beautifully furnished. The windows in all the rooms have a lake view. The place is equipped with everything you need and the owner is very communicative and friendly and so easy to work with. I couldn’t have been happier with this stay and highly recommend it! We didn’t want to leave!

Feels like home

This is our second time staying here in the last two months. We had a great time again. Beds are comfortable showers are hot with great pressure. There were plenty of puzzles to keep the kids occupied. We will be back again.

It was a comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed the area. Wish the marina was open so we could have rented kayaks. Maybe next time when warmer.

Amazing Place

We had a great time hiking and walking around the lake. I would definitely recommend this place without any hesitation. Restaurants are close by the condo (one is even walking distance from the condo). Ingels is a short drive (10 minutes away). We are already planning our summer trip to the condo.

Beautiful lake view and easy access

The area and unit were clean and peaceful. The hillside view of the lake was a beautiful backdrop to every room. We enjoyed big comfy sofas inside and pleasant walks down to and around the lake. It was in a great location for getting to all the things we needed to see and do on this quick trip, from Lake Glenville to Lake Toxaway.

Beautiful condo and area

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo was beautiful and very clean. Nice trail around the beautiful lake. The only problem was the toilets one wasn’t flushing good and the other one was leaking. But other than that it was nice!

Lake view and quiet

Beautiful view off the back deck of the lake and surrounding hills. Very quiet in December. Nice property with thoughtful amenities like a fireplace, coffee maker, and games. Even decorated for Christmas, which made it extra cheery. We really appreciated the communication from the host and clear instructions for check-in/out.

We were here a couple of nights…darling decor loved the bathrooms..always want to feel these are clean! Kitchen had everything you would need! Not a lot nearby but has beautiful view of the lakes. Quiet neighborhood with amenities!! Great walking area. Dog friendly only saw a few.

Mama and kids get away

ADORABLE!!! Clean! Great location. The condo is a half a mile from the ski resort. About 20 minutes or less from cashier. Beautiful condo. Great set up. Had everything we needed. Place was super clean and the property manager was easy to work with, friendly, and very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Great Getaway!

My wife and I needed a little getaway. This was the perfect place! The owner/host is gracious and prompt in communicating. It is even nicer than the pictures. Kitchen is very well stocked. The couches, electronic fireplace, very big TV, and warm, cable knit throws made this the perfect place to snack and watch football. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub , and saunas at the recreation center. There is a beautiful three mile trail around the lake that you look over from the balcony. We will be by back!

Perfect Mountain Getaway

We loved our stay!! The condo has a great lake and mountain views and is within easy walking distance of the dock and lake trail. We’ve stayed in the area before with timeshare swaps but those are so generic and sterile when compared to this condo. Everything is beautifully decorated with all kinds of great touches (including Christmas decor over Christmas break!) and all the little things you could possibly need (extra blankets, coffee pods, flashlight in bedside table, sewing kit and qtips in the bathroom). We had some initial issues with a circuit breaker and WiFi but Kim was fabulous with communication and worked hard to get everything resolved quickly (even over the holidays). Can’t wait to return.

Wedding Weekend = Perfect!

Our stay in Sapphire was spectacularly beautiful. We enjoyed our stay at Lake Fairfield Hideaway. It's well appointed. The kitchen is fully stocked and the coffee maker was awesome. The living space (upstairs) is inviting and cozy. You might note that this property is pet friendly. If pet dander is an allergy for you, that might be a considreration. The views from both decks is spectacular and overlooks Fairfield Lake. It was too chilly for us to enjoy the deck space, but it too is inviting with tables and seating on both decks. Both bedrooms are downstairs., and next to one another. The king suite is comfy and the bed so comfortable. Both bathrooms were clean and beautiful. If you're a tall person, the hall bath would be challenging for you as it's a very small stall and the shower head isn't very high. (My husband is 6'5") I highly recommend the smash burger at the Whiteside Brewery, we loved the Farmers Market, Victoria's consignment shop, and The Fix.

We loved the hideaway! It was perfectly located for fishing, boating and all the hiking we could handle. The kitchen was very well stocked and the bedrooms had plenty of extra linens. The unit was clean and cute. We hope to return soon!
