駐車場を事前予約していたが、どちらも埋まっていて困った。その後、丁寧に対応していただいたことは、良かった。 また、連泊した際のゴミ処理や掃除に困った。ゴミを出す場所の鍵番号の共有や、クイックルワイパーのような簡易的な掃除用具が欲しかった。

トイレが一つしかなくて大人数だと不便。 また、シャワールームは二つあったが、とても狭くて不便。 洗濯機は室外にあり、他の宿泊者と共同で使う様になっており、洗濯物を干すハンガーとスペースがないので、とても困った。

3日滞在しました。とても有意義に過ごせました。隣か、下の人の声はたまに聞こえます。浴槽はなくシャワーでした。常に電話のやり取りですが、問題なくやり取りして頂き、困ったこともその場で解決して行くことが出来ました。また利用したいと思いました(*^^*)

清掃に不備があるところがあったり、ティッシュペーパーが無いなどの不満点があった。 近隣の環境はとても良く、満室だったのにも関わらず騒音が無くてとても満足した。 無人ホテルなのにチェックインやチェックアウトがとてもスムーズで良かった。

到着後ロビーでオペレーターとのやり取りがチャットなんですが、日本語が解らず翻訳機をマイクに近づけて、こちらに伝えてくれるのですが機械on機械なので音が解りずらかったです。画面がフリーズしたりするのもドキドキして不安になりましたが、部屋については食器やトースターなどがあって助かりました。ベッドもフカフカ。

綺麗でおしゃれで素敵なお部屋でした。掃除も行き届いており清潔で、とても快適でした。 タブレットでのチェックイン、チェックアウトが少々分かりにくかったのと、洗面所が暗かったのが若干残念でしたが、全体的にとても満足です。また利用させていただきたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

静かな住宅街にあります。 アパートのような作りでお部屋も水回りも清潔で快適、キッチンやレンジ等も完備してました。 バスタオル、タオルは人数分用意がありました。 車で移動だと問題ないけど 公共機関でだとちょっと大変かなとも思います。
