This is our new favorite place to stay in Sarasota :) We've been regular visitors for 35 years and most often stayed at the beach but we love the peace and quiet of this neighborhood. The apartment has everything you need and is truly a home away from home. The hosts Rich and Denise are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. Top marks for everything.

We have stayed here multiple times. It has been excellent every time. The unit is actually much nicer than the pictures would indicate. It’s a quiet neighborhood and not by the beach or action, but it suits our needs perfectly. The pool is wonderful.

Our visit to Sarasota for the holidays was made even more memorable thanks to Rich and Denise's wonderful hospitality. Their home was the perfect home away from home. From the thoughtful welcome treat that greeted us to the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the space. Communication was prompt and seamless, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Rich even texted us one morning when he noticed the lights were left on in our car. It’s clear Rich and Denise take pride in creating a warm and inviting experience for their guests. My daughter and I were down for a tournament and this place was perfect. Centrally located for our games and not far from the water when time allowed. The place was immaculate and the hosts were extremely friendly. Communication was great and the check in and out were seamless. Would definitely recommend.

This is our second time here. Apartment well stocked, great location and nice neighborhood with good parking. King bed is very comfortable. Hosts go the extra mile providing snacks and beverage upon arrival and quick to respond to needs. Power went out and Rich was right there with a flashlight.

This rental was clean, well stocked and in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to the Gulf Coast and also within 15 minutes of the Pirates and Orioles spring training facilities. The owners Rich and Denise were super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely rent here again.

Loved this rental. The location was excellent, so close to the airport, the beach, stores and restaurants. The property was spotless and so very warm and inviting. And the property owners, Rich and Denise, were very respectful of our privacy and highly responsive whenever we needed anything. We could not have asked for better hosts! Rich and Denise made us feel like we were right at home from the second we met them! The apartment was immaculate and they provided everything we needed for our stay as far as soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap etc... The pool was beautiful, perfect location! This rental property was everything and more than what we expected! It has the comfort of being at home with everything we needed. I can honestly say it was the most comfortable place we have ever stayed in for vacation and the location was perfect for easy access to the beaches, shopping and many other activities. The owner's were top notch and very hospitable. My husband and I were more than pleased and so happy to experience that little piece of paradise!

Wish I could give a 10 star rating! Rich and Denise make you feel right at home from the start! Very easy checkin process and very clean apartment. Shower is fantastic and the layout is perfect for a family of 4. Bed is very comfortable. They have anything and everything you will need for beach vacation or just to stay. Gave us great advise on places to eat and visit why there as well. Very down to earth couple and fantastic hosts! Even gave me some aloe for my sunburn the first day there! Will definitely look to stay here again if I’m back down this way! Thanks for a fabulous week

We had an excellent experience with this VRBO Rental. Our Hosts made it feel so special for our Anniversary with some extra touches when we got there. They were very sweets and available for what ever we needed. The apartment was stalked with everything we needed and more. We highly recommend Renting from Rich and Denise.

This is the perfect location for us. It’s near a great family grocery store, golf courses, disc golf courses, bike trail, church and all the beaches you want to visit. Near to us means drivable within15 minutes (minus traffic of course….which is a way of life in Florida). There are also many, many shops, restaurants and the typical well-known places like Wal-Mart, BJs, etc….and even an upscale mall that’s packed! It’s also 10 minutes from the Sarasota-Bradenton airport! The home is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of huge yards. The hosts were great, friendly and cordial.
