" Chuck and Mike are excellent hosts, always accomodating any unusual request. Even the smallest villa has fully supplied kitchen with bowls, plates, utensils, cleaning supplies, refrigerator and microwave. I stay here once or twice every year when I come to compete in Masters swimming meets. Excellent value."

"Absolutely loved the place. Intimate, so close to the beach, which is what I love. The rooms were nice, air conditioners worked great. Only complaint, no broom for tile floors at the beach. A lot of sand was tracked in due to beach gear being brought in. Everyone one there was so nice. Just don't expect 4 star hotel amenities. It is an old Florida hotel, no ice machine, no food. But the location is amazing. We loved it."
