This house is located in a tranquil upscale well kept neighborhood, yet conveniently close to Publix Supermarkets , Starbucks, and shopping malls nearby.

What's exciting is the house is about twelve minutes drive time to the most breathtaking beautiful Siesta Key Beach, rated #1 in the USA!

What's really nice is our house is centrally located, so it's close to everything Sarasota has to offer!

There are lush golf courses, a variety of restaurants, bike paths and beaches.

This house is incredible! Everything you can imagine and so much more. The entire house is brand new with every amenity that you could want in your own home. My family and I have rented with VRBO before, and nothing compares to this house. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need for cooking and baking. The minute you walked through the front door, you feel like you have entered paradise. My family and I spent countless hours swimming in the pool and enjoying outdoor living on the patio. Andy was fantastic to work with and always helpful. You will not be disappointed by renting here. The house is absolutely perfect

They are very particular about everything in the house, I almost think it is not a good fit for a rental. It's clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed except for the kitchen. We bought a few cooking things and were reimbursed. Upon check out the owner accused us of taking towels and not cleaning the grill. I was actually stunned, he was very attacking and said he was going to report me to VRBO. I have told him repeatedly that we did not take any towels and only used the grill twice. There was nothing on the grill when we left and we took no towels. We even stripped all of the beds, which you usually don't do in a rental. Everything was great except for the part where I was accused of stealing.

EXCELLENT!

The location and property were excellent - one of the best VRBO experience to date. The house had all the amenities - full kitchen supplies, outdoor furniture (excellent condition), beach accessories, and the pool was perfect. The owners were fantastic too. I highly recommend!

Beautiful House, Great Neighborhood and responsive owner

Blew away our expectations. My family and I stayed here for two weeks during e-learning / work from home. House was easily large enough for a family of four (four bedrooms and an office) . House seemed newly renovated with newer modern furniture and in great condition/clean. Neighborhood was very nice and everyone we met was so friendly. Owner was also very responsive and nice. Only a 10 minute drive to siesta key beaches, lots of restaurants closer as well. I would definitely stay here again, it was one of the nicest vacation houses we have rented - felt like home away from home.
