"Our stay at the Westin in Portland was great. Staff was kind and helpful, room service was great, the hotel itself was beautiful and clean. The rooftop bar was gorgeous and had the best view of the town. My only complaint would be the small park right next door, it seems there is a lot of illegal activity and homelessness. That being said, I didn't really feel unsafe, but it was not pleasant to walk past everyday. "

"A lovely hotel in the historic port area. Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. A nice onsite restaurant with excellent food for diner and breakfast....shout our to our lovely server Halle! The area on each floor with refreshments and snacks that guests could help themselves to was a nice idea! The onsite valet parking was $45 per night which was a little steep as they actually parked the car off site....hopefully in a secure carpark?! Apart from that all was good."

"staff go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, they’re always willing to allow a late check out to accommodate work meetings in the mornings. bathrooms are always clean and have had no issues with cleanliness in the rooms. ample parking in the lot available. no insight around the breakfast. staff also informed me if you book through their website you’re able to get reward points. typically stay here once a week to visit family. easy location to get too and overall feel safe while staying here as a solo female traveler. "

"What a beautiful hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Just to note, there are lots of stairs in this historic hotel. It is close to the hospital and lots of restaurants and shopping. I will definitely stay here again!"
