"I hope this review doesn't raise the roommate price, but this was a fun,and relaxing stay 😎. The rooms are large and well appointed with beautiful clean modern design, and a comfortable bed. All the linens are clean, white, and fresh.The shower puts out an awesome 👌 spray! An extra "Perk", be sure to ask about the Paradise Bay Water Park 💧 Pass! Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️!"

"The hotel staff and rooms are really nice. However, the pool is not available and hasn't been for years. The pool is green and growing, while the pool deck is being used for storage of tables, chairs, toilets, and other non-pool-related items. The staff offers you the use of their 'sister' site, the Hyatt Regency; however, their outdoor pool had not been uncovered as of 6/23/2026, and the indoor pool was no more than a lap pool. Also, the offered pool pass was for only one day. You would need to visit the Regency's front desk each time you wanted to use it. The daily breakfast was good but don't be late. While they say it's until 9:30, they start clearing things out at 9AM."

"i mean i know how to pick a hotel, can’t lie, but was very pleasantly surprised with how NICE & FRIENDLY & WELCOMING & just genuinely what a pretty hotel this place is. correct me if i’m wrong, but every room is essentially a suite so you have a real 1 bed apartment kind of vibe. i fear the pool could stand to be 10 degrees warmer, but that is literally my one and only complaint and i’d hardly call it that. we still used it and loved every second! ALSO THEY ARE PET FRIENDLY AND VERY ACCOMADATING TO YOUR PETS NEEDS. i have a senior dog that gets scared on certain types of elevators (he’s kind of just weird honestly) but they made sure we were right in front of a set of stairs that aren’t super high traffic so it made taking my dog out sooooo incredibly easy for us."

"We had reserved 2 rooms. We had room 101 and 104. Room 101, the shower and sink water took forever to warm up. I literally had the water running for over 30 minutes and it only was warm, not hot. I'm a girl and I like my water hot and steamy. So beware you might be unlucky. Unfortunately room 104 smelled like smoke. Sam at the front desk was really nice. He was able to give us a different room, unfortunately it was up on 3rd floor. And the rooms have no microwaves. The building is built like a giant U shape and both our rooms ended up to be at the furthest opposite side of the building also, that suck. The building is very inconvenient as there are no side doors for access, you can only enter through the lobby. We rented through Expedia and chose the breakfast buffet, thats an extra $9, original price would be $19. Breakfast is served like dinning service. There's 2 servers getting whatever you want to drink and bus the tables. The breakfast was nice."
