Second year in a row excellent service, nice staff!!

Great location. Awesome staff.

This was quite an experience. The room was well laid out, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was phenomenal and the evening cocktail hour was a nice touch, both of which were included. Will stay at Embassy Suites again for sure.

The staff was so helpful. Everyone we needed something, such as towels, garbage bags, toilet paper and so on. They were always accommodating. I noticed that they were a little light staffed. I work in retail/ customer service so I noticed things that others may not. Even with juggling a lot of work the staff was all so polite. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of excellent dietary and healthy options. The rooms were spotless with a very comfortable bed, which is most important. Very clean rooms and atmosphere. Extremely friendly staff. Conveniently located.We will visit this hotel again

Comfortable suites at decent prices

After traveling a long way I was greeted at the desk by a wonderful female staff. She provided me dinner recommendations and reminded me of the complementary beverages in the lobby. The room was very clean and there were plenty of towels. It was a little tricky to find as the road sneaks up on you even with GPS and the room was a little thin but everything else was worth it. Great hotel...convenient, clean, lovely surroundings. Lots of parking. Fun to have cadino access at night.

We had no running water in our apartment so made reservations here. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, going out of their way to be helpful. I never needed to ask anything from them.

We loved our stay everything was exceptional, especially the staff.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at the Hampton Inn. The staff was welcoming, informative, and kind. The lobby was warm with complementary coffee and tea, and the staff was happy to answer any questions. The room was impecably clean and the beds were very comfortable. Check out was at 11am, but we overslept... we received a courtesy call at 11:17 asking if we planned on staying another night or if we wanted extended check out. They were very understanding and accommodating....
