"Prime location of the hotel immediately by the River Walk in the Chicago Loop. Walking distance on Michigan Avenue, Millennium Park, Grant Park, Chicago Theater, retail and restaurants. Service at the front desk was good, especially by Daisy. The Plum Restaurant inside the hotel was superb. Great food, drinks and service."

"I enjoyed not paying resort fees, having only an overnight trip to see the French government. Breakfast include was a major plus. Will come back next time "

"The hotel is beautiful and full of history . We thouroughly enjoyed leaning all about it. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Its a really busy place with many events going on but everyone was kind, patient, and seemed to enjoy doing what they do. We dud havd a smaller room than i was hoping for and the bathroom was very small and could have used some updating, but all in all we really enjoyed it and would definately stay again!"

"We stayed one night however all of the employees we had an interaction with were all very pleasant. The room was nice and comfortable. Desk staff were all very kind and helpful. The staff working outside by the door were very kind and helpful with questions we had about directions and transportation."
