"If you are in Chicago to explore downtown this is very convenient. But it’s older. Carpet needs to be replaced. I don’t know if they cleaned it but it looks dirty. Nothing fancy about our room. Bathroom not that big. Breakfast is included but so simple and plain. The good thing is it’s in the heart of downtown and you surely don’t have to eat the free the breakfast "

"From the booking proccess to the check in it was a great start! I loved how easy the booking process was and how accurate the pricing was on the website! When I checked in, it was super easy and quick and affordable! I was super excited and grateful that they allow pets at this motel. I know not all rooms are pet friendly rooms but the important thing is that they have pet friendly rooms for anyone with their furr baby! The staff here is amazing! The morning staff I dealt with was a gentleman...

"It is nice. There are renovations. There is some misadvertising in the hotel description. There is no breakfast, and the workout room is limited. I came in at night, and my map program took me to the backside of the building. It was not well labeled from the main road. Once inside, the night staff was quite brusk. "
