The people in room number 2 paid a similar amount but had more spacious accommodation. On the second night our key cards did not work (and no, we hadn't kept them near to a phone) We were unable to access our room and the so called 24 hour help number went to voicemail. Essentially there was no help, despite the best efforts of German police who were on duty...

"The room was spacious with quality furniture, bed, kitchenette, and bathroom. The windows allowed for fresh air. Very comfortable. I could not find my way easily to the laundry, and navigating the hallways and buildings was somewhat difficult."
