"The hot tub was out of service"

"Very spacious rooms, loved that my toddler could be in the living area watching tv or in the room. The indoor heated pool was clean and well stocked with towels. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Definitely will be back, thank you for a great stay with my family."

"I love this little gem of a hotel - they are all very nice. I’m not crazy about the remote/ televised check in however, I was told last night via very static voice from a tv screen, that I was all set for the second night I assumed I was, but I woke up and saw no charge had come through and was told by the remote teller that I would have to check out and come back at 2?? Just what I was trying to avoid and save the hotel a room change/ clean…Sid (the manager) intervened and said he would take care of it - but alas, he couldn’t take cash. I was too confused and busy by that point I just booked another room at a different hotel- Sid and the staff that is normally there are GREAT and the property is awesome and it’s clean, safe, close to shopping and food - I will be back.. I guess Im just to old fashioned and I was told I was all set and wasn’t :( "

"I was very disappointed in many things: they charged us twice for breakfast, we arrived for wine hour at 4 PM, and they wouldn't serve us. At both check in and check out I was told I had no charges and then they charged me extra. When I called it took three calls and 20 minutes on the phone and still don't have an answer."

"Room was recently redone and very nice and even had a fireplace. View was great and breakfast buffet pretty good. No waffles but they had scrambled eggs and alternated between bacon and sausage links. It was nice being able to walk just two blocks to Ocean Ave to go shopping."

"The room service was the worst. Ordered chicken noodle soup. When it arrived it tasted like it came from the can so I called the front desk and to tell them this and asked why it tasted unseasoned. I was told that it was from a Campbell soup can which absolutely threw me. "
