"hotel location is great, you are right near the boarkwalk rides, beach, and water park. room was small with a tile floor that was sandy, the door didn't close very well (had a lot of play in it, loose).you can hear everything in the halls, poor sound proofing. parking kinda sucked, had to park across the street and halfway down the block in the hotel owned property lot. staff was very friendly. pool was large and clean with a deep end.
