Shower wasn't working on the first night but they got this fixed by the second night. Room quality was fine for the price. Would definitely stay again if in the area."

"The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was excellent with a very good shower. The room faced the sea and promenade and had a lovely glass fronted balcony with a table and chairs. The hotel itself seems very new and the breakfast was very good, free and served by very cheery staff. All in all, a very nice stay. "

"Very well situated for a walk into Jesmond Dene. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast very good. Our room was not very big however was comfortable and well equipped. The only problem was with the unusually low height of the wc in the bathroom."
