"My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. The man that helped with our lounge when we arrived, he was a tall bald head man with glass was extremely friendly and informative. Sorry I forgot your name sir. Also Gabby the lady in Club 14 was extremely friendly every day we came to eat. We love the convince of our room being beside club 14. The place is very clean but it a little dated and the floors are warped. The rooms and property is a very nice getaway place to stay. Hopefully the next time we come the pool will be open. Looking forward to coming back."

"Good afternoon I had an amazing stay with you all. I just wanted a day to celebrate me and my new promotion. When I arrived James was very professional and informative of the property. He was very welcoming every time i passed through. Dinner at the Sheraton was really good with the exception of the crab dip but that was not anything major the manager was nice enough to take it off my bill. Valeria I may be spelling her name wrong but she was my waitress who was also very nice and professional. Overall I had a great stay, I was able to eat dinner, swim a little and visit the roof top as my day away. The beds were nice and comfortable and the room was nice and clean. As a general manager in the hotel industry we know some people will take time out to do a bad review before they do a good review so i always feel like it’s important to give credit when do. I will definitely visit again when time allows me. "
