" Very friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable breakfast but no hot food. The hotel is clean, comfortable and in good condition, though the bed base bit worn out. Overall would recommend this hotel which is 18 minutes away in the train from Lucern. Conveniently next to the train station. Good location to travel to various places of interest. "

"Le rapport qualité-prix n’y est pas. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé (au bord du lac), la chambre était spacieuse avec une excellente literie mais la salle de bain était vieillotte et les terrasses mal entretenues. Il faut payer de nombreux suppléments alors que le prix de base est déjà élevé (lit bébé, parking, eau dans la chambre,…). Le restaurant de l’hôtel n’est pas bon et le petit déjeuné très décevant."
