"Our stay at 1400 Cool Ridge was just perfect!! The house was beautiful, clean, well stocked and comfortable. The dock was very nice, decking is top of the line. Easy on and off of our boats. The hot tub is very nice. We all had a really wonderful week that we will never forget!!"

"It was quiet and beautiful and private. The chairs outside around the firepit was great, including being provided with firewood and somores fixings! My cabin was very clean and cozy and had a lot of nooks and crannies to store things for such a tiny place. It was easy to communicate with management and they were very cooperative. I couldn't have asked for anything more except maybe a microwave or toaster :)"

House well equipped with all kitchen necessities, house and beach towels, wonderful well maintained pool. 5 bedroom, 3.5 baths, all we needed for our 3 generation family stay. Great communication with property manager! Would love to stay again!"
