Staff was very friendly and helpful. Ocean view was amazing. Close to bus stop, but quite far (not walkable) to any nearby cities or larger centres. However there is a BBQ spot about 200m away that was fantastic and a swimming spot in a creek about 10 min walk away that was also great. Bathroom was a bit musty but otherwise the room was good for what we paid.

Nice hotel overall.

The hotel staff was super nice and helpful. The main issues we had were that there did not seem to be a way to do laundry and the kitchenette was not well stocked (as in it didn't have any cookware, utensils or plates). They gave us dishes when we asked for them, but told us we couldn't use the frying pan...which made cooking difficult. So we basically used just the hot water pot and microwave for cooking. The restaurant and cafe did not ever seem to be open in the hotel, but other restaurants were not too far away. Still it was a lovely hotel and the room was super comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

View to the ocean is awesome. Garden was nice but a lot of Mosquitos. Kitchen was without equipment but we could get what we need from the personal. Kitchen range hood (ventilation) was broken. Got the smell of the rooms downstairs into our kitchen through the same ventilation duct. Got additional thin matress for the kids to sleep on the floor. Fresh SMALL towels every day. Water every day. No cleaning the room during our stay. Bed broke while sleeping - was of poor quality.
