A clean room, good mattress, good quality bed sheets. Staff is super nice, always there at front lobby. Ready to help any needs you might have. I've stay here before and revisiting did not disappoint. I would definitely can recommend this place and would visit again.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the quick response. Unfortunately, transportation is a challenge. It is far from the airport and Seoul. It’s inconvenient if you don’t have a car.

I quickly learned about the area and it's cultural impact. Besides that the hotel was very clean, all the staff very friendly and helpful. I loved my room, spacious, clean, mostly quiet and had a cocktail section for a night cap. That last drink while watching a little television before bed. Everything needed was in short walking distance. Public Transportation was always 1 or 2 blocks away. Close to Incheon Airport. Very affordable for the amenities you get. I'd stay again if I was in the area.

The location of this hotel was wonderful. Really fun waterfront carnival vibes. Restaurants everywhere. Convenient 24 hour shop available on site. Friendly and helpful staff.

Has great customer service! Place is new and is really pretty. There's not a lot of shopping or food options within walking distance but I'm sure the area will be developing. There is a area with food and shopping within 5 min by taxi. The front desk will call you a taxi if needed. I started off my trip here because I wanted a relaxing first few days. This was a great pick.
