We enjoyed the cabin very much. Steep drive to the cabin but a relatively flat place to park. Cabin was beautiful and a great location.
Enjoyed being in nature instead of a hotel in town. Easy drive to the smokies which is where we spent every day.
The cabin was clean and beautiful with an easy check-in process and convenient location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The driveway was a little steep but we made it up just fine! We would definitely stay here again.
We had a great time at this comfy cabin that for us was perfect for our four days in Pigeon Forge. We loved the location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, close to everything. We hope to come again!
Really enjoyed this cabin. I know we were in the mountains but there were tons of spiders outside of the cabin at night. On the plus side- never seen any type of bugs in the cabin! Heartland Cabin Rental really takes great care of their cabins. We even got lost, and they stayed on the phone with me until I arrived safely.
Everything was great, our spring break. except the power went out in the middle of the night. A short time later we had a mandatory evacuation at 2am due to wildfires. We were able to get back in later in the day, however we still had no power & ended up heading back home. The Property Mangers treated us very well, I would have no problem going back!
Quiet cabin tucked away from bustling Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge
The cabin was beautiful and spacious. Clean with plenty of towels. There is a millipede issue in the carpets but it is a cabin afterall. Can't expect it to be completely devoid of insects. The property mgr took care of it and promptly sent someone to address it next day. The location is perfect, very close to the Gatlingburg bypass and helps avoid all the traffic in driving through Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Not much space for a pet to go potty and lots of ticks around too.
Overall, we loved our stay, enjoyed our time in the Smokeys and if we are ever back here again, we will definitely stay here.
We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Everything was perfect. They even had the cabin decorated for Christmas with a Christmas tree. We enjoyed the fireplace while watching movies. We had a great time with the pool table and the Pac Man game. The roads up to cabin were a little interesting as the incline is pretty great. My car does not have 4 wheel drive but used low gears to get up the road. We also found it challenging to get up the driveway which is a sharp s curve and very steep, definitely apply your parking break when you are are parked. We found it helpful to use the driveway across the street and come across the driveway at a different angle for better traction up the driveway. Luckily we had warmer weather and no snow or ice or we would not have made it up the road to the house or up the driveway. Great location exactly halfway between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge with easy access to both and to the bypass into the National park.. Overall our visit was great and would stay here again. Thank you .
