"Our stay in Pigeon Forge was wonderful. The rooms and bathrooms are newly renovated and look great. There were just a few opportunities for improvement we noticed. The door to our closet wouldn't close, it appeared the magnet was not attached to the closet door. While it was nice to have the in-room amenities of a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee area, the space between the bathroom and the nook was tight. We were not aware it was a pet friendly hotel so be prepared to hear varying animal sounds. Finally, the constant sound of dripping water from the A/C unit above on the window seal or in the wall of the bathroom when others were using their showers was startling and slightly irritating. Again, while the staff were friendly, the room was nice and we were able to rest the afore mentioned pain points are worth noting."

"Very friendly staff and rooms were very clean. Loved that the room had a separate sink area outside of the bathroom. Very helpful when 1 person is showering and the other needs to do hair and makeup. The outside firepit was a nice place to sit and unwind. Will definitely stay here again."
