Requested a non smoking room, room had definitely been smoked in, as noted by the strong odour and cigarette burn marks on the bed spread. The room was not what was reserved. Very dirty as well, I went to the store and bought cleaning products as there were noticeable black dirty smudges on the head board, all of the flat surfaces and the light switches. We ended up leaving and finding a new hotel, hotels.com was unable to negotiate a refund either.

La kitchenette est équipée très sommairement La déco est un peu vieillissante La literie est satisfaisante La principale qualité de cet appartement est sa situation, proche de la Giralda, de l'Alcazar et de la Place d'Espagne, accessibles à pied en quelques minutes

Pleasant service, reliable care. Few interactions with staff yet all were good. Room was neat and tidy, clean, well set up in layout and amenities. Kitchen had some implements yet no cleaning materials like scouring pads or dish soap which was raised by other reviewers and is of concern. No cook top hood so no serious cooking possible, just reheating. The kitchen met with our needs. The property is very close to Seville attractions for tourists, short walking distance across the bridge. Lots of closer services and shopping too. Laundry mat 10 minutes walk away. A reasonable price and value. I would stay again.

Todo estuvo perfecto. La ubicación excelente y conveniente para movilizarse. El supermercado justo abajo no podría ser más cómodo. Las habitaciones son de dos y tienen kitchenette.

Никогда и никому не порекоменую.

Из нормального - только ванна. Не вся ванная комната, а ванна. Унитаз внутри черный. Посуда грязная, мыть ее нечем, все надо купить самостоятельно. Кровати ужасные, скрипят и вот-вот развалятся. Диван страшно замызган. Общее состояние крайне ветхое, слышимость из коридора великолепная. Комнатка маленькая. Цена за это нереально высокая.

Pensione a mio avviso non curata

Posizione ottima a pochi passi dal centro ,ingresso poco bello e la nostra camera molto piccola e poco curata.vasca da bagno come barby wc attaccato alla parete e staccato dal pavimento.la porta della camera quasi staccata dalle cerniere e giardinetto poco curato,sedie e panchine rotte e poco pulite.non ce neanche un piccolo frigo da tener fresco le bibite ,,aria condizionata non funzionante .unica cosa buona come dicevo prima si trova in zona centrale.

APARTAMENTOS PARA NO VOLVER, ZONA EXTRAORDINARIA.

Los apartamentos son bastante viejos, menos mal que no usamos la cocina.. Al entrar en la habitación tuvimos que buscar a las de la limpieza para que nos quitaran las telas de araña del techo junto a la rejilla del aire acondicionado, no habían mirado hacia arriba en meses, la instalación de aire acondicionado antigua y mal hecha. Las camas si las hacían todos los días y las toallas también las recogían. Tuvimos reparaciones en las habitaciones de al lado mientras dormíamos.

excellent location, outdated interior

Decent hotel with an outdated interior but satisfying for a shorter stay. The location is excellent, right next to a supermarket, within 5 minutes walk to the city center from the bridge. Car can be parked on the streets nearby for free (on weekends)
