"NOT A HOTEL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. TOTAL DIVE. AS FOLLOW;
- Receiving a call on the day of the stay asking for £100 deposit, we didn’t feel we had a choice but to pay it. Hasn’t been refunded despite promises.
- Location – it’s impossible to reach the property on foot from town, had to get taxis as ended up walking down a bypass & through a forest – the property is in a really dodgy area
- Bugs – spiders, insects
- Mould – mouldy rag as a light switch cord, peeling paint and mould all over...

"It had a pleasant atmosphere. Rather scruffy. Bed was ok but not brilliant. Wifi seemed a bit flakey. I for a room with ensuite which was nice. Overall it was good value, cheaper than any hotel."
