"The hotel was very well located. IT was a walking distance to Nanjing street east (a pedestrian street). IT was also very close to the viewing platform of Pudong’s skyline. The hotel was clean. The gym was more than decent and way better than the typical hotel fitness Centre. The host was very helpful / gracious and replied back right away. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I will definitely book again if i plan a Shanghai trip in the future."

"The location was excellent right on the Ninjing road with access to all the shops, however, a long walk to the Bund - The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options - the rooms was good, however the fridge wasn’t working and the toilet flush was not working properly - the hotel did not accommodate our early check in request even though requested well in advance due to the very early flight. Overall, good choice to stay in."

"We had a pleasant stay at the Crowne Plaza. It was conveniently located on Nanjing Road, and we appreciated the water every day. It was very quiet on the floor until some children were running in the halls late on our last night."
