"We had a really nice 2 night stay, we checked in earlier as our room was ready, which was a lovely start. The hotel was beautiful, the service was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, the shower hot and powerful. We enjoyed some nice food in the atrium bar, a lovely afternoon tea in the 1853 restaurant. And some nice 6 oclock gin on the terrace - all with fantastic service. The only negative was the room was so hot it was uncomfortable, a fan was provided and was really needed. There was also a huge generator outside, and the loading bay was noisy. (room 6 - junior suite) "

"Very nice hotel, spacious and very comfortable. We chose it for its proximity to the Hippodrome theatre but would happily visit again to spend more time exploring Bristol. Added benefit was the Miller and Carter on site restaurant. "

"All the staff were helpful and friendly . An asset to the hotel . Went out of their way to help . Extremely comfy bed and lovely bedding . Food was good standard . Drinks were quite expensive but didn’t spoil our experience. The spa looked good too . "

The hotel was spot on — modern, clean, and super comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax after a day out in the city. We went to see Moulin Rouge at the Hippodrome, which was just a 20-minute walk from the hotel, so the location was ideal for us. Plus, the staff were really friendly, and checking in was a breeze. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re in town for a show or just exploring Bristol! "
