"This is a wonderful authentic English country Inn, with a great pub with a varied selecton of beer, the restaurant serves also both classic pub food and fantastic daily specials, and hot and cold choices for breakfasts. We really enjoyed out stay."

"Really nice location and very helpful, friendly staff, lovely breakfast"

"Really great helpful staff :) Room was lovely too"

"Stayed for two nights as a stop over whilst going homeward. Wanted to have a look around the area. Room was small but adequate. Clean with en-suite shower. Ate in the dining area of the pub both nights and enjoyed the food. Informal but friendly service by all, and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Recommend a walk to the canal and then the walk to Gloucester on the tow path. It’s well paved and flat and about three miles."

"Clean room ,great meals and reasonably priced very helpful and friendly staff"

One of the highlights was the large windows, which open fully onto the stunning surrounding countryside, creating a peaceful and relaxing retreat. Highly recommended."
