"Gorgeous room in a beautiful hotel."

"Lovely location, excellent foods with best ever breakfast server and hottub."

"Friendly staff and very good breakfast. "

"Nice friendly Inn with great menu and delicious food,"

"Very friendly helpful staff, nice room but no aircon available when a heatwave. Great location."

"Stayed for two nights as a stop over whilst going homeward. Wanted to have a look around the area. Room was small but adequate. Clean with en-suite shower. Ate in the dining area of the pub both nights and enjoyed the food. Informal but friendly service by all, and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Recommend a walk to the canal and then the walk to Gloucester on the tow path. It’s well paved and flat and about three miles."

"great room, great restaurant, great location"

"The room was very nice. The staff were all professional and engaging. The restaurant had great food and a beautiful atmosphere. We loved our stay and would highly recommend the Royal George."

"Great staff, lovely grounds, only issue was how hot the room was. Even though a fan was provided, the windows don't open enough to give adequate air flow, was difficult to sleep."

"Hotel in a good location. The suite we had was very well laid out. Food good, although service a little slow."

"I really recommend a stay here. The place is full of character and charm, and Katherine is a warm and welcoming host. The breakfast was freshly cooked, generous and delicious and the room was comfortable, quiet and clean."
