"Questionable road quality leads you to a spectacular location. Property looks tired in places with paint flaking, window painted closed and stained toilet bowl along with black grout in places on the tiles around the bath. The kitchen mixer tap is not secure and has a taped note on the wall by way of apology for this. The microwave is on top of a small counter top fridge and was a bit daunting to use (we are not very tall). The fridge is shown in the booking pics but we didn't notice how small...

"We had a brilliant few days staying here for a girls getaway! The building is easy to find, super safe and very clean. Our room was very warm but they had already thought of that, with 2 huge fans kept in the room for us, making us more comfortable. The customer service was very efficient and always available to help. The only thing I would note is that there are no lifts there and we were on the top floor with heavy suitcases. Other than that it is a super location and we would definitely stay...

"The manager was wonderful and the rooms very comfortable and well appointed. It made for a excellent stay near the hospital and was convenient to downtown shopping and food. The Brewery District is a couple minute walk and great for a bite and pint. "
