"Good location for an overnight while traveling. Pool, hot tub, very good breakfast, although you must pay for breakfast."

"Do not pay for this facility. It is not worth the money. It clearly photographs well. But when you get there, you're welcome by the smell of what I'm assuming is mold. Very underwhelming experience. Quite a letdown. The room was dirty, multiple stains everywhere, including the sheeting we're supposed to sleep on. The shocker is how the towel rack fell apart as we were taken off a towel. It was barely hanging and closet door handles were swinging and broken. Human hair was stuck to the walls of the shower. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Again, I would expect this at a motel, not a hotel this level. And certainly not for the ticket price that we paid. Will not repeat this experience again. If this review allows for photos, I will upload them"

Sonesta Simply Suites Cleveland Airport

"The Sonesta was a pretty good stay. We only stayed for one night. It was a few things that could be improved. They need to make sure enough towels are in the amenties. It was only one wash cloth in each bathroom and only one towel in one of the bathrooms. Also, the kitchen did not have any silverware, pans for cooking, or dinnerware. This would have been a problem if we were staying more days. I think if someone would inspect the rooms after them being cleaned would lower the complaint or reviews that not showing the property in a good light."
