The location is about 20 min away from Lake Texoma. They had the perfect driveway for a pontoon boat & big truck. The house was very clean! It was decorated really cute. Backyard was perfect for a dog & the kids. Hot tub was awesome! Carport area for grilling & chilling. Neighborhood was safe & quiet! Any questions we had for the property manager was answered quickly. Highly recommend & we would definitely stay again!!

Quick trip last minute.
Owners were very helpful and accommodating. Close proximity to our meeting. Comfortable and relaxing at the end of some long full days. They gave us some needed flexibility on check in/out times to make our meeting times work.

The property was very clean, the body soap the supplies smelled amazing. Was a quick trip for court for my grandson. God willing we will be making more trips and can afford to stay here more often and make great memories with my grandson.

nice, pleasant stay
the house is older but has been updated and is very comfortable. nice backyard with a firepit and hot tub but we didn't have time to enjoy them. nice to have a garage but didn't use it. bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. overall, we enjoyed the house way better than a hotel for same price. we will probably stay here again since we have family in Sherman.

We stayed here over a long period and could not be happier with the awesome hosts Angel and Sylvia and the cute house. It fit our family perfectly. The yard is huge with plenty of space for the little ones to play soccer. The house itself is very cute and functional for a family. We recommend this property with five stars!
