"Liked the kitschy mid-mod style of the hotel, older style room had been updated, good bed. Painting looked like it had been done with some care, not sloppy like some redos. Had a good tv, but no microwave. No breakfast but did offer coffee/tea in the lobby in the a.m."

"Staff was amazing so nice! The bed was so comfortable & best part it’s only 7 min drive to universal studios!"

"There was a cockroach in the room, and I mentioned it to the general manager. He did not looked surprised when I told him. He said he would look into it, and that was about it. He didn’t seem surprised, though, as if it wasn’t the first time, but somebody had told me about cockroaches."

"Rooms are clean and well maintained. The beds are more supportive than most hotels at this price point. This is the reason I stay here."

"Everything went smoothly"

"Very quiet, nicely maintained"

"All staff were great. Hotel was perfect location and reasonably priced. The window seals in our room were broken which made random noises throughout the night more of a nuisance. But these were a minimum and it didn't affect the room temperature"

"Stay away from rooms on Santa Monica BLVD. NOISY!!! Lots of noise on anything but the top floor which is the 'upgraded' floor. The staff was great, moving us to the 4th floor after a terrible night...road noise, elevator and creaks from the floor above. BE SURE TO STAY OFF THE BLVD!!!!"

"Very clean and nice esthetic!! Facility was just as the pictures showed.. friendly nice staff."

"I loved the room and the neighborhood"

"good"

"The hotel provides free parking and breakfast. Its location is very convenient. I definitely will stay here in the future"
