I didn’t realize how far away this hotel was from bus stops or train stations when booking and found myself kind of stranded (I tried to walk to the bus stop 20minutes away and the streets immediately around the hotel are not designed for pedestrians). "This property was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a bit of a trek from the Kofu Station, so getting around by train took some effort. The unit is small, but we just needed a place to sleep at night after our long days exploring, so the price was good for our needs. They even provide the toiletries and sleep shirts like a larger hotel would do. "

"This is by far the most comfortable and luxurious hotel I’ve ever been in and I’ve stayed at 5-6 star hotels globally. You cannot beat them for comfort, service, meals, mountain view and the quality of everything they provide. I absolutely loved my stay here and felt like I was a traditional Japanese hotel along with all the 5 star service provided. Cannot recommend it enough and I will return when I visit Japan next. Loved it"

"This is the small hotel that they use the exterior for the Netflix drama series “ Hot Spot”. The interior is much more spacious than what we see in the TV show. It is located in the remote area and it’s inconvenient for shopping, etc. However, it is an advantage for people who want to avoid the hassle of overtourism in the Mt. Fuji area. The room was newly renovated and the bedding was very comfortable. We didn’t eat at their restaurant, but they have a fridge in the room, so we brought our food and had cozy time enjoying the view of Mt.Fuji from our window. "
