"Really lovely experience staying in this hotel. Super clean. Great art. We loved the steam room so much. Great location 99.9% percent of the staff were lovely. The only downfall was when we were checking out the guy bearly spoke, he avoided eye contact and when I asked about how the deposit returns worked he just went 'yeah you get it back'. He looked annoied when i asked if he could take the room key holder. Maybe he was having a bad day but certainly didn't seem like he wanted to be there. Every single other person we came into contact was lovely though. "

"Lovely one night stay at the One Hundred. They’ve made some changes since the last stay over a month ago - new room service menu provided by sticks’n’sushi and revamped water taps (outside the lifts), the taps are now digital. It’s always a great stay here, staff are really friendly and it’s truly a modern day hotel - e.g. they bring up your takeaway and encourage lounging / use of facilities for work /leisure in their lobby and other areas (even if you’re not staying). This was our first time with our baby and the travel cot was nice and comfy with some interesting patterns which baby liked, we also got a little baby care box which was a nice touch. I recommend their loft rooms for good views at a reasonable price."
