Everything in the house is extremely clean—basically, there is absolutely nothing to fault. The only issue was that the key/door code provided by the host in the private message was different from the one in the email, which took us a little bit of time to sort out."

"The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. But the unit itself needed a bit of work. The shower had a leak in the bottom and wasn't sealed properly, and there was a family of possums or rats living in the roof that were quite loud. Everything else was in good working condition, but overall could use with a good deep clean."

"We were so disappointed when we arrived, the house was tidy but definitely not cleaned. After finding other hazards, including a blood trail on the floor, we decided to leave. My family, including our 4 children, had to promptly try to find new accomodation, hours from home. Upon speaking to the lady in charge, she was extremely rude, extremely un helpful and refused to be of any help to us, or reimburse us for the any of it, despite staying no longer than 40 minutes.
