"knew what to expect when we got there. stayed right across the road last year. very clean. activities in the courtyard. could walk to the private beach access within a couple minutes. gorgeous area. the beach is amazing. prettiest beach I've ever been to. highly recommended"

"LOCATION. LOCATION. LOCATION. A short walk to Beach Access 13 and restaurants. Great location for watching the sunset. Our room was big, the bed was comfortable, the pool was amazing. The property was quiet. Private parking is appreciated. The staff are so friendly and helpful."

"The room was very clean and equipped with needed items. The laundry room was nice with beach chairs & coolers to borrow if you wanted. Very close proximity to the pool & private beach. The office staff was extremely kind & helpful."

"We had a wonderful stay at The Ringling Beach House! The location was perfect, within walking distance of the beach and so many great shops and restaurants. The place was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. Our host was amazing, friendly, and always quick to communicate, making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We would love to stay again!"

"We had an wonderful stay at this Siesta Key property! The unit was exactly as described, clean, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.The location was outstanding, with less than a five-minute walk to Siesta Key Beach and close proximity to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We especially appreciated being able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the laid-back island atmosphere without having to travel far. The shuttle bus has a location directly out front of the complex. Highly recommend taking advantage of the free service rather than paying for parking in Siesta Key Village. The property itself was comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The host was exceptional, providing clear communication before and during our stay and ensuring everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Siesta Key and would gladly stay here again."
