"If you looking for a place to spend time at the beach with friends,family or love ones this place is a perfect fit the rooms were so beautiful and comfortable the staff great service and it’s literally not far from the beach 100% recommend this place."

"The property is situated in a prime location, but our arrival was met with disappointment. We were given room 282, which was in a state of disarray. The kitchen was filthy, lacking essential cooking utensils, and there were no beach towels or any other amenities as depicted in the online pictures. Despite requesting another room, 183, which was slightly better, the cleaning standards remained poor. The kitchen was marginally improved, and we were provided with beach towels. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and it appears that they are actively working on modernizing the units. However, even with these efforts, the overall experience was unsatisfactory. The towel bar was tilted, and the TVs in the bedrooms were also tilted, which is quite disappointing considering the $2700 we paid for three nights. Despite these issues, the beach itself was a pleasant experience."

"Check in was very easy and very friendly staff member welcoming us! Unfortunately the condition of the resort its self was in need of some care and updates. We fortunately were in a townhouse just a couple of blocks down. Good accommodations size for our family size, but it too needed some housekeeping attention. Housekeeping items like mopping floors, our feet were dirty from walking on them without shoes! Had to sweep up what appeared to be a big termite dropping pile in the master bedroom. Closets needed additional items, we had no extra blankets and pillows for couch pull outs. Upstairs sofa in desperate need of professional cleaning or replacing. Pluses, views were beautiful, and pretty quiet at the far end of the island, they had lots of items(chairs, umbrellas) to take to the beach which we really enjoy! "

"We stayed 5 nights (May 16-21). It was our first time using VRBO and our host was friendly, prompt and conscientious. The condo was described perfectly. All appliances and TVs appeared to be new. The beach is beautiful and the swimming pool was not crowded."
