The pool and hot tub which was my only eason for staying here over other places were only for 2 br rooms. We were put across a main road and down the block w a very small pool and no sun after 4 pm. "The pictures online when we booked showed beautiful grounds and gardens. The exterior was a mess. Weeds and peeling paint. Garbage cans in plain sight. Upon arrival we were given no instructions how to enter room or access beach chairs lock. No coffee maker and ice maker did not work. I told lady in office and nothing was done. We stayed 7 days and room was cleaned once. Had to ask for towels 2x before finally delivered. The girls in office were nice but looked like deers in headlights when...
"Great location, but the unit itself needs a few things for guests. We need more towels. We only had one kitchen towel and we were surprised we didn’t have a hot pad of any kind. We wanted to make a pizza and cook, but very little options in the kitchen. One hand towel and one washcloth is not enough."
