When an unforeseeable issue arose, she immediately offered assistance above and beyond the call of duty to rectify the issue. "The condo waa super clean, lots of towels for both pool beach and shower. There are beach chairs and even a cooler! Kitchen had coffee and we were able to buy things for the refrigerator. Excellent location to walk to a beach and a short drive to Siesta Key Beach that has free parking. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and 7-11. Easy key code entry. We had an upstairs condo with a big front deck The staff you check in with over the phone and they couldn’t be nicer. Free parking right there! The stay was perfect, I will return! "

"Twin Palms is an exceptional place. We stayed in rm 4 and it was so well equipped and clean. Lots of added extras - beach towels/ beach trolley with chairs and umbrella / kitchen basics. We met Janna and she was so friendly and keen to make our stay perfect. Loved the fact it was so close to the beach with the added benefit of a pool onsite. It only has 8 units so it feels very intimate.Easy walk to Captain Curts or jump on the Breeze trolley bus into Siesta village for free. "
